Well, a long time since I last updated.
What has happened? Surgery, more weight loss, and more and more snow here!
Surgery went well - I guess. I am back working out and feeling pretty good. I think I overdid some ab work this weekend though as my tummy feels a little sore today.
More weight loss - yes I came through the surgery and I am down. I was so worried by what I read online about people gaining weight that I followed my WW guidelines and have done great.
When will spring be here?? There is so much snow it is crazy! I just want to be outside more and it is not happening. I hate running when there is a chance of slipping on ice...so I am sticking with the treadmill. Soon...I hope...all this snow will be gone.
I joined a new challenge on WW online. I don't need to lose anymore, but I want to make sure that I stay here.
Gotta run...

Sue: I appreciate your comment more than you know. Thank you so much for that ;-)
ReplyDeleteI hope that you will leave me a comment more often. It definitely reminds me of the entire reason why I decided to blog in the first place ;-)
Hey Sue,
ReplyDeleteI'd be happy to add you, but I need an email address.
(and well, things have changed since you last read, I'm not teaching fitness right now and am GAINing weight since I'm pregnant! That's sort of all I talk about now. I totally get if that's not what you were hoping to read about.)
Hi Sue! thanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteTo answer your question when i did the 30 day shred I had a three pound weight gain.
I did the shred for 30 days and through out those days my weight was between 1 - 3 pounds up from when I started.
At the end of the shred my weight went back down to what I was when I started. Frustrating yes but on the other hand no because I was able to lose I believe it was 12 inches. Between chest, waist, hips, arms and thighs.
So in the end I didn't really lose any pounds but I did lose a lot of inches and it got me in shape for running. I did the shred a second time around and the same thing happened.
Sometimes success in not meausured by what the scale says :-) i learned that lesson the hard way :-)
